BOPP BAGS

BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) is a poly film that has been stretched in both directions for premium durability. When this water-resistant film is laminated to woven polypropylene fabric, it gives the bag the “best of both worlds” with its rugged durability, recyclability, and high-resolution print, making it an excellent alternative to traditional paper bags.

Durability & Stability: Maintain their shape and therefore providing a uniform appearance. Their high tensile strength makes the bags resistant to tearing or puncturing.

Moisture & Environmental Changes: Not easily affected by moisture or changes in the environment.

Low Electrostatic Charge: Reduces the risk of static-related issues, making them suitable for products sensitive to static electricity.

Printing: The high-quality graphics are printed on the bag film, providing protection against scuffing or scratching. Our in-house two-color flexographic printing is available for small runs of 1,000+ bags. We can also provide vibrant custom options of up to 10 colors through our manufacturing partners. A high gloss or matte finish can be applied to enhance the visual appearance.

Clarity: When using clear BOPP, it allows the contents inside to be visible. This is particularly beneficial for customers that require display or showcasing of their products.
